Join dozens of riders and allies headed up to Albany for a powerhouse day of advocating for investment in more frequent, reliable, and affordable public transit. 

We’ll ride up together for a rally at the State Capitol, followed by meetings to speak with legislators about the importance of supporting fair funding for better buses and subways. 

Riders Alliance leaders will join advocates for Fix the MTA, a spending package to address the MTA’s budget crisis, fund #6MinuteService, freeze the fare, and make buses free over the next 4 years. 

Bus transportation will be provided from meeting points at Barclays Center, Union Square, and Assembly Member Mamdani’s Astoria district office, which will leave at 7:00 am. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided, as well as two-way MetroCards for Riders Alliance leaders.
