Riders Alliance members, allies, and elected officials are coming together at Barclays Center on Sunday, June 12 to launch our Riders Plan for Public Safety. 

Together, we’ll call on our elected leaders to move beyond ‘broken windows’ policing and cruel crackdowns on street vendors and the homeless, and instead invest in solutions to address the crises of housing, healthcare, and affordability that are highly visible in our transit system. 

We’ll have food from our favorite vendors from the Street Vendor Project!

Come out and join us in supporting our city’s street vendors and to remind ourselves what our subway is all about, a shared public space that brings New Yorkers together and connects our communities.
